I'm fairly certain I saw John Askew at Inside Out a couple of years back (just after Barry Connell died) and seem to remember him tearing it apart. He's a name I haven't seen around Inside Out or Scottish events in general for ages though.

His 2007 essential mix is absolutely tremendous.

Parklife is going to be very interesting this year.
It's a tricky situation considering what the figures have been like at inside-out recently.
Aswell as scotland in general.from what i seen of the coloursfest pictures it wasnt as busy as previous years either.Obviously i can't judge as i wasnt there but it defo didn't look as busy. There was no mention of it selling out (i'm sure if i'm wrong about that i shall be corrected just directly)

What dj's do you book these days if you want a busy event? That seems to be the million dollar question. Fair do's we all have ideas of who we would like to be on the line up but is that what everyone wants? what does everyone want. There seems to be a big divide in clubland at the minute

Used to be putting Eddie Halliwell on the line up was enough
Now a days it seems to be showtek that are selling the tickets
But these "dj's" put just as many ppl off going due to the crowd they pull.
Its a tricky situation
